Enjoying a Few Moments of Crocheting a Summer Beach Hat

Last week I barely had time to think with 2 tests, so when I got home this afternoon I wrote my paper and decided to go outside by the pool and crochet for a little while.  I had started this hat on Saturday and managed to finish it up today!

I think this is my favorite color so far!  I can’t wait until I have the time to make one for myself!

      I’m sure you will be able to just keep working at it. Every time I see someone’s work I am always amazed too that we are crocheters/knitters can make such gorgeous hats, scarfs, clothes, etc. It’s what continues to inspire me! Thanks for stopping by!

  7. Really lovely color and the use of stitch pattern is just perfect! Just the right texture really makes the hat look polished! Are you on ravelry? I’d love to follow you there and maybe even be a test crocheters for you! I’m kirknits btw.

      • I crochet a lot of hats and afghans and baby things and toys and give them to a children’s Primary Care Hospital and the cancer center. I enjoy doing something to help these little one’s who are sick. Any way thank you for the offer. I love learning new stitches especially the Aran and Fishermans crochet. I would really like to have the pattern for that hat. It is so beautiful.

  12. Beautiful!! Will you be sharing the pattern? I’m stuck inside because of the SNOW – do you believe that!! Getting ready for spring by crocheting a beautiful hat would help.
